Models made for Conan Exiles: The Isle of Siptah Map DLC.

Mi-Go Experiments are humanoids made and controlled by the extraterrestrial Mi-Go's that inhabit the Isle of Siptah. These mindless beings have had their brains removed, and bodies partly converted into chitin and plant-matter, to serve as fighters for their extraterrestrial creators. During combat their unstable bodies keeps changing and mutating, and their style of combat is constantly adjusted to fit their form.
